- We aim at dispatching within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive tracking number / order confirmation of your order.
- we are not liable for any incorrect information provided to us when shipping information is asked during checkout. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all information provided is correct before placing an order. If shipment address is incorrect, we are not required to refund you for your order.
- Any/All unclaimed or undeliverable packages returned to us will be shipped back to the customer at the customers own expense.
