RETURN POLICY

We offer a 10 day Return Policy for in-store credit only.

- All credit will be valid for up to one year after return is issued.

- We do NOT provide refunds unless an item is considered faulty and a mistake from Rosebud.

- All our in-store credits can be used to exchange your order for another size or purchase additional items.

ISSUING A RETURN

To lodge a return with Rosebud, please request by emailing us at: Info@rosebudswim.com and we will aim to reply within one business day. When requesting a return via email, please include the following information to help make the return as easy as possible:

- Order Number of the order you are wishing to return.

- Name of item/items you are wishing to return [if you're returning entire order, please ignore this part].

- The date that the order was purchased.

CONDITIONS OF A RETURN

Before returning your order, please make sure it is in the same condition as purchased or else we will NOT accept the return and it will be at your own expenses. If any items returned do not follow these conditions it will be returned back to you at your own personal expense.

  • Your Rosebud swim must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Your items must be unworn, unwashed and unsoiled
  • All hygiene liners MUST be attached on bikini bottoms with all original tags still on.
  • Any last chance sale items cannot be returned to us and if returned it will be at your own expense.

We do NOT provide refunds on any orders unless item is deemed faulty and a mistake from Rosebud. All our returns other than faulty items will receive in-store credit.

Please note: All first returns with us will be free of charge as we understand how difficult it can be to find your perfect size online. After your first return, all shipping costs involved in returning items will be the customers responsibility. If any conditions above are not adhered to, your items will be returned back to you at your own expense. Please note any original shipping or additional order charges are also not refundable.

EXCHANGES

Rosebud Swim does not offer any item exchanges due to our limited stock numbers and exclusive designs. However, we do offer our in-store credit recived from our 10 day return policy. This in-store credit can be used to redeem any other style or size from our store. To receive our in-store credit, please issue an order return as directed above via info@rosebudswim.com
