When will i receive my order

For ALL standard orders we aim at dispatching from our office at Noosa heads, QLD within 1-2 working business days (Mon-Fri).

For ALL express deliveries we dispatch from our head office at Noosa heads, QLD within 24 hours from purchase.

AUSTRALIA

For all of our domestic orders, after dispatch, standard shipping will take 2-8 days and express postage will take 1-4 days depending on location.

Will my order be in sustainable packaging?

At Rosebud, we aim at being as environmentally and sustainably consious as possible. Although we are not perfect we are always looking for ways to improve. When you order from us your package will be delivered in a 100% compostable and reusable mailing bag and a 89% recycled gift box with recycled shipping labels. As for inside the box, all packages will come with a 100% recycled paper thank you note, recycled tissue paper, recycled stickers and reusable Rosebud satin bags for you to use when taking your kini's traveling (;

How long is international shipping

All international orders aim at being dispatched from our head office in QLD, AUS within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri).

INTERNATIONAL

For all our international orders we only ship by standard international which takes an estimated 6-27 days from dispatch.

What currency am i being charged in?

Due to Rosebud being an Australian owned and based brand, all orders will be processed and charged in AUD.

Our automatic currency will also be in AUD however, we have the option at the bottom of our website for you to manually convert your currency.

Can i refund or return my order?

We offer free returns on your first order for Australian residence only.

Unfortunately, due to the fact we are a small business with exclusive designs and limited stock we do NOT offer refunds unless item is deemed faulty and a mistake of Rosebud.

Will there be more sizes available in the future?

At Rosebud, we want every woman to feel unique and beautiful in her own skin. We are still a small brand currently and can only afford to stock sizes XS-XL. However, we have plans in the near future to expand our size range to include more beautiful bodies to our Rosebud family.

Can i change my delivery address

Yes you can! Rosebud swim has the option to set multiple delivery addresses and set one as the primary delivery address. If you wish to change these details, please sign into your account in the top right hand of the screen, go to 'My Addresses' and then 'Edit Details'.

Can i track my order?

Yes! We supply tracking information for every package shipped from us. Once we dispatch your order in 1-2 working days days you will receive an email update with tracking information. Or; you can simply log into your account in our online portal, find 'My Orders' and 'Track Order' after we dispatch it.
